Under the Greenwood: Picturing the British Tree

I have been invited to take part in the highly regarded, two part exhibition Under the Greenwood: Picturing the British Tree. These two showcases will be a nationally important celebration of the tree through the work of both past and contemporary artists.

The exhibitions will be held at St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery in conjunction with Southampton City Art Gallery. The historic exhibition is currently open until 5th October and includes works on loan from the collections of The Royal Academy, Tate and Victoria and Albert Museum.

The contemporary works, including my large charcoal drawing Goetsch-Winkler #3, will be shown from 12th October until 23rd November with pieces from eminent artists David Nash, George Shaw and Paul Winstanley.
